She particularly enjoys working with college students as they navigate the unique experiences and transitions that come with this stage of life. She also has experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, supporting them in navigating executive functioning challenges, developing self-advocacy skills, and building meaningful relationships. In addition to her therapy experience, Amber has provided coaching services, helping individuals identify personal goals, recognize their strengths, develop practical skills, and create meaningful changes in their lives. Amber values continuous learning and growth to best help those she serves and is currently training to become EMDR certified as well as working towards becoming a Board Certified Coach.
Amber believes that meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. During sessions, she strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, seen, and respected. Amber strives to meet clients where they are, honoring their individual experiences and moving at a pace that feels comfortable while also encouraging exploration, growth, and new perspectives. During the work together, clients can expect to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the world around them, allowing them to move through life with greater awareness, confidence, and connection.
