Our EMDR & Wellness Retreat is designed exclusively for therapists who are ready to pause, reflect, and replenish. Through guided EMDR resourcing and processing sessions, mindfulness practices, body-based wellness activities, and community connection, you’ll have the opportunity to restore balance, deepen your resilience, and reconnect with your purpose.

Retreat Cost:
Early bird rate: $550 plus accommodations
After 10/15: $650 plus accommodations.
Accommodations:
$120/night for shared room with another R&R participant
$190+/night for private room
Accommodations include ALL MEALS and activities.

Brooke Eaton Lewis, LCSW
Brooke is an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist, consultant, and trainer with extensive experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, attachment wounds, and dissociation. Her work is deeply grounded in a trauma-informed, integrative approach.
Katie Holzworth, LCSW
Katie is a licensed clinical social worker with deep experience supporting individuals through trauma, transition, and emotional healing. She is EMDR-certified and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed, with extensive training in both trauma recovery and perinatal mental health.
