  • The short answer is yes, but an EMDR intensive retreat is not necessarily right for everyone. If you have found that weekly therapy appointments are not helping you meet your goals, an intensive retreat might be right for you. You may have found your progress feeling slowed down by week-to-week appointments, and an EMDR retreat can help you decrease your symptoms and return to your life more quickly.
