Madison German, LCSW (she/her)

Madison German is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University. She is committed to a person-centered and relational approach, emphasizing the therapeutic alliance as the foundation for meaningful change. Madison strives to create a supportive and grounded environment where every client feels welcomed, respected, and genuinely understood.

Madison has extensive experience working with active-duty military service members and their families, particularly those navigating the effects of intimate partner violence, child abuse, trauma, and significant relational stress. She also has a background in working with children and adolescents, including providing inpatient therapy to youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, and trauma-related concerns. Her clinical work across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings has deepened her understanding of trauma across the lifespan and the resilience that emerges through supportive connection.

Madison practices from an integrative framework, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and components of Internal Family Systems (IFS). She is currently training in EMDR and plans to pursue full certification. Madison is dedicated to helping clients cultivate resilience, strengthen self-understanding, and create lasting emotional well-being.
