Meghan Bogema, LCSW (she/her)

Meghan Bogema is a licensed clinical social worker who received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Meghan began her career as a licensing specialist in the foster care system working with immigrants and refugees. She then provided in-home structural family therapy as a Family Based clinician, focusing on preventative care, crisis intervention, and helping families navigate difficult transitions. Most recently, Meghan worked in a private practice setting providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults. She is committed to helping individuals gain deeper understanding of their lived experiences and creating sustainable change in their lives. Meghan believes that therapy begins with a genuine connection, and she is dedicated to providing a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences and feelings openly.

Meghan integrates evidence-based approaches—including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-informed practices, and EMDR—into her therapy. Her eclectic and strengths based approach allows her to draw from a variety of modalities to meet each client exactly where they are. She is passionate about collaborating with clients to empower and encourage them to take an active role in their healing.
