Join Brooke to learn and practice this EMDR Phase II resourcing technique. This script both serves as a way to create or enhance adaptive information around aspirational ways of parenting, and helps the client make connections between current triggers and past experiences. Clients will learn to evaluate parts of themselves that are activated in parenting their children, make connections to their own early experiences, assess potential targets for EMDR processing, and build or enhance skills to engage in a more ideal way during the deeper work.
